As an Expressive Writing practitioner, my job is to help people to express themselves in writing – especially those who may not feel that they are able to do so easily.   I use a variety of techniques to allow people to access their creativity, reflect on their lives, and explore their thoughts and emotions.

Many of us know intuitively that writing can make us feel better – whether it’s keeping a diary, or just writing a list to clear the mind.  However, writing has also been shown to have a positive impact on wellbeing when used in community and healthcare settings.
