Take two hours to enjoy the quiet scratching of pens on paper and give space to your thoughts, feelings and reflections.
Whether you’re an experienced writer or you’ve never written before, Expressive Writing can help you to access your creativity, look at the world in new ways, and discover new things about yourself.
Writing prompts, tea and treats will be provided – just bring an open mind, a pen, and your favourite notepad.
